| 1. | The rally is open to all classic cars manufactured prior to january 1st 1980. Exempt from this are sponsors, who may take part without assessment in later models. The cars must be occupied by at least 2 people. Single drivers are not permitted. | ||
| 2. | The organizers reserve the right to refuse any entry without reason. | ||
| 3. | The competitors take part at their own risk and are responsible for an adequate insurance for the vehicle and themselves. All vehicles must have registration approval in the drivers or vehicles country of origin. The competition organisation can not be made liable for any damage made before, during or after the tournament. |

| 4. | The competitors must abide to the current traffic regulations at any time. | ||
| 5. | The competitors are responsible for their cars and for conduct on the route. Any misconduct during the event, as seen by the organizers, will lead to disqualification of the team. | ||
| 6. | The competitors must comply to the instructions of the organizers and their marshals. | ||
| 7. | The competitors should make it possible for faster cars or drivers to overtake comfortably. | ||
| 8. | The road book uses the international arrow system for instructions. The competion regulations include:- |

| A. | target time at the start | ||
| B. | regularity tests | ||
| C. | manned route check points | ||
| D. | hidden check points | ||
| 9. | Rules of conduct | ||
| The use of digital stopwatches, distance metres and any elektronical navigation equipment is prohibited. Mechanically operated equipment e.g. bicycle metres are permitted. The use of mobile phones is permitted, as long as they are not used, to influence the result of the competition. Any violation to the above, may lead to disqualification |

| 10. | Service | ||
| As a special service the organization will provide a service vehicle with two mechanics. A further vehicle with trailor will follow the rallye. These services have no effect on the responsibilities discribed in item 3 and do not suggest a transfer of responsibilities if called upon. | |||
| 11. | Terms and conditions | ||
| Prior to the start the competitors receive the road book and a rallye plate. They are obliged to visibly display the plate on the front side of the car. The organizers are not liable for any damage caused by the plates or decals. | |||
| 12. | Sponsors | ||
| The rallye is supported by a number of sponsors. Advertising and presenting companies other than these official sponsors must be approved by the organizers. | |||
| 13. | Disclaimer | ||
| The competitors participate at their own risk. They are solely accountable to civil and criminal law for all damage caused by themselves or their vehicles. By entry form, applicants, drivers and passengers agree to a disclaimer of any sort toward any of the following:- |

| a) | the organizers, marshals, stewards and land owners, | ||
| b) | officials, competition services, manufacturers and all persons involved in the organization of the rally, | ||
| c) | road-building and –supporting organizations, in the case of damage caused by track conditions, | ||
| d) | anybody assisting any of the above | ||
| e) | all competitors, team members and their assistants, including your own | ||
| The disclaimer is agreed on when handing in the nomination or entry form. In the case of an act by nature beyond control, safety or authority measures, the organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event or even postpone or cancel it completely, without any form of compensation. |
